Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) license.
- Ability to travel overnight (60%+).
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Prior experience training or educating healthcare professionals preferred.
- Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role preferred.
- In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred.
- Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materials.
Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for product use in key market segments.
- Collaborate with the local sales team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education.
- Develop a common understanding of technology across care providers and articulate the clinical and economic value proposition.
- Participate in product evaluations and installations.
- Assess educational needs and ensure comprehensive training on product use, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Provide education and training to drive optimal bedside use of technology.
