- Aptitude for diagnosing and resolving technical issues in real-time.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for documentation and interaction management.
- Ability to work full-time with a shift schedule that includes full weekends.
- Reliable and stable hard-wired Ethernet internet connection (cable or fiber).
- Distraction-free home-office setup.
- Ability to attend regular video calls for team collaboration.
