Hands-on experience with domain warmup and email reputation monitoring.
Ability to perform bounce log analysis.
Proficiency in DNS record configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Experience with outreach platforms such as Reply.io, Smartlead, or Lemlist.
Proven experience building and maintaining systematic operational checklists.
Ability to adapt to evolving internal processes.
Intermediate or higher written English proficiency.
Technical aptitude for understanding email infrastructure, ISP behavior, and spam filter logic.

Responsibilities

Monitor domain reputation and mailbox health across 10–12 client projects daily.
Execute warmup strategies and counter-measures including manual warmup and spam recovery.
Configure end-to-end email sequences using outreach platforms like Reply.io and Instantly.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex deliverability issues such as bounce codes, DMARC failures, and blacklisting.
Set up DNS infrastructure from scratch including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and custom tracking domains.
Validate email templates against spam trigger patterns and content hygiene standards.
