- Set up, launch, and analyze CRM campaigns, including daily, weekly, themed, and holiday initiatives.
- Create and execute monthly promotional plans.
- Develop and optimize automated communication flows, triggers, welcome-flows, and lifecycle logic.
- Manage multi-channel communications across email, push, SMS, onsite, in-app, and messengers.
- Segment users based on lifecycle stage, gaming activity, and payment behavior.
- Collaborate with designers and content managers to develop campaign creatives and copy.
- Set and track KPIs including OR, CTR, CR, Retention, and Reactivation.
- Work with VIP, Promo, BI, Product, Content, and Support teams to plan quarterly CRM roadmaps.
- Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and integrate player feedback.
