Have 2+ years of Project Management experience in the iGaming industry.
Bring middle- or senior-level expertise managing technical projects and teams.
Know project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, and adapt them to business needs.
Have experience with delivery planning, backlog management, prioritization, and resource allocation.
Have a good technical understanding of infrastructure, platform architecture, integrations, and cross-team dependencies.
Understand business and technical requirements, evaluate estimates, and identify delivery risks.
Have strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Have English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Experience building delivery processes from scratch is a bonus.
Experience managing complex iGaming platform projects is a bonus.

Plan team capacity, manage workloads, and prioritize the technical backlog based on business needs and available resources.
Build, maintain, and continuously improve delivery processes.
Manage project plans, timelines, and scope, adapting them to changing priorities and requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers.
Facilitate planning sessions, retrospectives, demos, and other team meetings.
Communicate with technical teams and business stakeholders, providing updates on progress, timelines, and risks.
Maintain project and process documentation in Notion.
