Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience independently leading software development projects.
- Have strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Be proficient with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or similar project management tools.
- Be able to work with project metrics, including velocity, burn-down charts, and scope evolution.
- Have very good English for business and technical communication.
- Be fluent in Polish.
- Project management certifications such as PSM I, CSM, PMP, or PRINCE2 Agile are an advantage.
- Experience in a software house, interactive agency, or international projects is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor software projects from initiation through production deployment.
- Maintain work backlogs and facilitate Scrum or Kanban ceremonies, including Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective.
- Remove impediments for the project team.
- Monitor resource use, project budgets, schedules, risks, progress, and KPIs.
- Report project status clearly to clients and manage changes to project scope.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders.
