Job Details

Have proven experience in operational delivery of IT programs or in a PMO role.
ERP domain experience is preferred; Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is a strong plus.
Understand ERP testing cycles, including SIT, UAT, and cutover testing.
Have experience coordinating testing campaigns across multi-team environments, tracking progress, execution and efficacy metrics, and phase exit criteria.
Have hands-on experience building and managing capacity or workload plans.
Be able to define KPIs, build reports, and prepare presentation decks for governance meetings.
Have advanced proficiency in JIRA and Microsoft Excel.
Power BI working knowledge is highly desirable.
Bring strong risk management capabilities and excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with high autonomy.

Consolidate progress, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across program streams.
Maintain the program schedule and resource workload plan, and flag variances.
Build and maintain capacity plans covering forecast workload, team availability, and peak testing and cutover periods.
Define and evolve executive metrics, prepare dashboards, and create materials for status committees and governance boards.
Maintain a consolidated JIRA defect view, including triage, prioritization, assignment, and defect metrics.
Maintain the program risk register, formalize action plans, and monitor their execution.
