Job Details

Have 7+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of delivering complex programs in a technology-driven SaaS environment.
Have direct experience with AI-driven development lifecycles and using AI/Agentic workflows to optimize program management architectures.
Be proficient in Agile program management methodologies and tools such as Jira or Rally.
Have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Have excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Hold a BS in Computer Science or Engineering, or have equivalent related work experience.
Have an Agile certification such as Scrum Alliance Scrum Master (CSM) or Scaled Agile SAFe Agilist (SA).
Have experience and familiarity with project management software such as Jira and Google Suite.
Preferred: Have experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Workday.
Preferred: Be proficient in LLMs, generative AI, and agentic frameworks, and able to integrate them into program management strategies.

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple technical programs related to the sales and customer support ecosystem.
Define program scope, objectives, success criteria, plans, and roadmaps.
Work with Technology, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Sales to prioritize work, resolve issues, and drive decisions.
Lead customer-focused Agile delivery.
Understand sales and customer support ways of working and deliver solutions to optimize their effectiveness and efficiency.
Iterate on program management processes and capture enterprise-wide best practices.
Facilitate meetings, status updates, and regular reporting on program progress.
