Requirements
- Proven experience leading technical programs, partner integrations, or cross-functional initiatives with engineering and product teams.
- Experience managing external vendors, partners, or client-facing deliveries and owning commitments and communication.
- Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles.
- Ability to work from technical documentation and API specifications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing technical and business information into actionable guidance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to operate independently, surface risks proactively, and drive issues to resolution.
- Familiarity with modern delivery and collaboration tools, including Jira and Confluence, is a nice to have.
- Experience with fintech or crypto is a plus.
- Experience with partner onboarding and operational compliance processes such as KYB, KYC, and KYT is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Organize and run execution for external integrations, partner onboarding initiatives, and internal cross-team initiatives.
- Own end-to-end project plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and assumptions.
- Coordinate dependencies across engineering, product, operations, compliance, legal, and external partners.
- Identify delivery, operational, or compliance risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate partner requirements related to compliance, regulatory obligations, and contractual commitments.
- Support merchant onboarding, KYB processes, customer KYC and KYT readiness, and geographic and currency expansion initiatives.
- Communicate program status, decisions, risks, and next steps to internal and external stakeholders.
- Track project metrics and delivery health, and prepare weekly status updates.
- Own and organize program and partner documentation in Confluence and related tools.
