Job Details

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in SaaS product development, program management, and release management.

Have at least 7 years of experience in SaaS product development, program management, and release management.
Bring direct experience with AI-driven development lifecycles.
Have experience using AI and agentic workflows to optimize program management architectures.
Hold a BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
Demonstrate the ability to earn trust quickly, mobilize teams, and set direction in ambiguous environments.
Be able to deliver difficult messages with grace, resolve conflict, and adapt rapidly to change.
Be familiar with industry-standard project management software such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.
Preferred: Have proficiency in LLMs, generative AI, and agentic frameworks, and apply them to practical program management strategies.
Preferred: Be an effective presenter, negotiator, and collaborator who communicates clearly at all organizational levels.
Preferred: Bring a strategic mindset focused on both business outcomes and technology.

Manage multiple concurrent programs of varying size and complexity.
Ensure each program follows the Program Playbook and delivers technical capabilities and targeted outcomes.
Establish execution rhythms and rituals to drive decisions, remove blockers, and clarify ownership.
Report delivery health, milestone progress, and look-ahead risks to leadership.
Use AI and agentic tools to automate RAID logs and synthesize status updates into executive summaries.
Adapt program management to the experimentation and unpredictability of AI development.
Maintain a centralized Work Surface, such as Jira or Confluence, for initiative status, critical paths, and dependencies.
Identify delivery roadblocks and escalate risks quickly.
