Requirements
- 14–18 years of progressive experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategy Consulting.
- Demonstrated experience leading mergers, acquisitions, investments, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution.
- Experience supporting executive leadership, boards of directors, and investor groups.
- Experience working within global organizations and complex business environments.
- MBA with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent financial designation highly preferred.
- Experience managing or supporting publicly traded companies highly desirable.
- CFO or senior Finance leadership experience in BPO, CX, or business services strongly preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and executive-level communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to develop, communicate, and execute corporate strategic initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
- Lead the full M&A transaction lifecycle from origination and due diligence to integration.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support investment and business decisions.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team and board members.
- Prepare executive communications, presentations, and reports for board and investor meetings.
- Coordinate enterprise-wide business planning and alignment of organizational objectives.
