Requirements
- 3+ years in a client-facing billing, order management, or financial operations role.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash workflows and customer lifecycle operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret financial data.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accountability for quality and timeliness.
- Proactive approach to learning, adapting to change, and improving processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (bonus).
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM/ERP systems (bonus).
- Demonstrated success in billing, collections, or sales support environments (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer data across internal systems including Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Audit and fulfill requests related to customer orders, accounts, and billing activities.
- Create, issue, and manage both one-time and recurring invoices.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, manage credits, refunds, and payment updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process breakdowns and ensure data integrity.
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with clients to resolve past-due balances and assist with payment setups.
