Requirements
- 10+ years of repeated success on a variety of software projects.
- Proven experience building and shipping production-grade platforms.
- Experience taking AI and agentic systems from prototype to production.
- Expertise in multiple languages and frameworks such as Java, C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Go, Ruby, Scala, R, and SQL.
- Experience integrating AI/ML features including recommendation engines, NLP, computer vision, and RAG pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead modernization and replatforming efforts.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, authentication, observability, and secure engineering practices.
- Proven ability to facilitate alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of providing mentorship and improving team practices at scale.
- Experience in platform engineering, data engineering, and DevOps/DevSecOps/MLOps.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly build trust with clients by demonstrating technical expertise and understanding of their domain.
- Drive platform engineering work at the client level, connecting long-term technical vision to production outcomes.
- Lead platform strategy and delivery across diverse platform types.
- Advise clients on architecture, scalability, and platform evolution.
- Collaborate on systems involving the full ML lifecycle from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Design and manage high-level technical roadmaps for large, complex engagements.
- Influence client CTOs and executive decisions, planning technical work across client organizations.
- Facilitate strategy sessions and technical deep-dives to improve team outcomes.
- Provide mentorship to client engineering teams and transfer technical knowledge.
