Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in regional or field marketing.
- English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Proven experience working closely with sales teams to support and accelerate the sales pipeline.
- Ability to manage marketing initiatives independently from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of business objectives and linking marketing activities to revenue impact.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product Marketing, and global teams.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying regional growth opportunities.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and risk reporting.
- Experience in Life Sciences, SaaS, or complex B2B solutions is considered an advantage.
- Prior experience with ABM or event marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional marketing programs aligned with business goals and market needs.
- Coordinate the launch of new products, campaigns, and initiatives within the North American region.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer requirements to provide marketing recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to drive pipeline development and deal acceleration.
- Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and personalized activities for key regional accounts.
- Organize and manage company participation in regional conferences, events, and industry gatherings.
- Monitor marketing performance, provide analytical reporting, and maintain data accuracy in the CRM system.
