Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in regional or field marketing.
  • English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Proven experience working closely with sales teams to support and accelerate the sales pipeline.
  • Ability to manage marketing initiatives independently from conception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of business objectives and linking marketing activities to revenue impact.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product Marketing, and global teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying regional growth opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and risk reporting.
  • Experience in Life Sciences, SaaS, or complex B2B solutions is considered an advantage.
  • Prior experience with ABM or event marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute regional marketing programs aligned with business goals and market needs.
  • Coordinate the launch of new products, campaigns, and initiatives within the North American region.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer requirements to provide marketing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to drive pipeline development and deal acceleration.
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and personalized activities for key regional accounts.
  • Organize and manage company participation in regional conferences, events, and industry gatherings.
  • Monitor marketing performance, provide analytical reporting, and maintain data accuracy in the CRM system.
