- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and loan production.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, videos, educational materials, and social media content.
- Utilize AI tools and technologies to improve marketing efficiency, automate workflows, enhance content creation, and analyze campaign performance.
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales, loan officers, and leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage and grow the company's online presence and reputation.
- Oversee marketing vendors, freelancers, agencies, and technology platforms when needed.
- Continuously test, optimize, and improve lead generation funnels.
