Requirements
- 3+ years of proven Klaviyo email marketing experience, including campaign and automation strategy development, segmentation, A/B testing, data analysis and reporting.
- Solid experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Strategic thinking and planning ability with leadership skills.
- Extreme attention to detail and work ethic.
- Proficient in written & oral English.
- Experience working with Figma designs.
- Hands-on email implementation experience.
- Experience working with time-tracking software.
- Slack availability during European time zones.
Responsibilities
- Develop Monthly Content Calendars based on research of promotional and content opportunities matching the client's brand.
- Brief, set up, and measure the results of A/B tests in campaigns, flows, and sign-up forms.
- Present two client reports per month.
- Act as the main point of contact and ultimate decision-maker for managed accounts.
- Improve performance by studying e-commerce, email marketing, retention, and LTV maximization.
- Manage daily tasks in ClickUp and assign briefs.
- Provide feedback on creative team deliverables.
- Maintain daily communication with clients via Slack.
