Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B or B2B2C environments.
- Proven ability to manage a feature from ideation to delivery, including user research and shipping final designs.
- Strong visual design skills for creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
- Proficiency in systems-level thinking to build scalable solutions.
- Experience building or contributing to design systems and pattern libraries.
- Ability to articulate design decisions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Bias toward action and the ability to navigate ambiguous problems.
- Hands-on ownership mentality.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for significant product initiatives, delivering high-quality UX and UI solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management stakeholders.
- Perform user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems and pattern libraries for scalability.
- Influence product strategy, prioritization, and long-term design vision.
- Observe customer calls to identify pain points and user needs.
- Drive design problems to resolution with an ownership mentality.
