- Healthcare, staffing, or recruitment industry experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and publish social content for Cynet Health, Cynet Locums, Cynet Systems, and Cynet Health Canada.
- Develop engaging post copy and content primarily for LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, joining conversations, and growing meaningful interactions.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage the content calendar across all brand pages.
- Craft compelling post copy with strong hooks to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with in-house graphic designers by providing creative direction for graphics and video.
- Monitor and manage brand reputation across review platforms like Glassdoor, Indeed, and Google.
- Track engagement metrics to analyze and improve content performance.
