Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Professional experience in technical partnerships, integrations, solutions engineering, or product operations.
- Strong understanding of APIs, authentication methods, and SaaS integration patterns.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with third-party technology partners to deliver integrations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance technical feasibility and commercial outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
- Experience with SaaS marketplaces or revenue-generating partner ecosystems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage Marketplace partner relationships and act as the primary technical point of contact.
- Maintain API documentation, integration specifications, and manage partner credentials and sandbox access.
- Translate partner API capabilities into actionable requirements for Integration Engineering.
- Support the Technical Sales team with demo environment configurations and integration expertise.
- Contribute to defining technical enablement standards for Premium Marketplace partners.
- Identify process gaps in partner onboarding and implement scalable improvements.
