Requirements

- Native or near-native proficiency in written Arabic.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Hands-on experience with Pipedrive, HubSpot, or a similar CRM platform.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience within real estate, property management, facilities management, consulting, or business development support is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the JV and expansion pipeline through Pipedrive.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive deal documentation and institutional knowledge.
- Coordinate mobilisation planning for new Joint Ventures and market entries.
- Prepare executive-level Arabic and English business correspondence and strategic documents.
- Conduct market research and prepare briefing materials to support executive decision-making.
