  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role.
  • 1+ years of experience using Zendesk.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aptitude for numbers and math to assist users with financial questions.
  • Strong interest in the fintech space and earned wage advance (EWA) products.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work a part-time schedule of 11 am - 8 pm ET, 3 days a week (may include weekends).

Responsibilities

  • Answer questions over phone, text, and email, acting as a first line of support to users.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction.
  • Become a product expert, understanding the signup process and wage advance products.
  • Learn the ins and outs of earned wage advance (EWA) support.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and partner teams to resolve user issues.
