- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role.
- 1+ years of experience using Zendesk.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude for numbers and math to assist users with financial questions.
- Strong interest in the fintech space and earned wage advance (EWA) products.
- Entrepreneurial attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work a part-time schedule of 11 am - 8 pm ET, 3 days a week (may include weekends).
Responsibilities
- Answer questions over phone, text, and email, acting as a first line of support to users.
- Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction.
- Become a product expert, understanding the signup process and wage advance products.
- Learn the ins and outs of earned wage advance (EWA) support.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and partner teams to resolve user issues.
