Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, sales leadership, or commercial leadership roles.
  • Direct responsibility for revenue targets and forecasting.
  • First-hand experience operating within both SMB and Enterprise sales motions.
  • Personal experience carrying a quota or leading quota-carrying teams.
  • Proven track record in building, implementing, and scaling commercial processes in organizations between $20M and $100M ARR.
  • Experience in identifying and deploying AI, automation, or workflow improvements within commercial organizations.
  • Ability to influence and gain adoption across leadership and frontline teams without relying on formal authority.
  • High level of autonomy and ability to create structure from ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Design and document unambiguous sales flows for both SMB and Enterprise segments.
  • Deploy AI agents and automation in partnership with the GTM AI Engineer to maximize team productivity and process adherence.
  • Complete and operationalize the Enterprise motion, including account planning and forecasting standards.
  • Partner with local leadership to enforce process discipline and establish consistent commercial operating cadences.
  • Own the enablement infrastructure, onboarding strategy, and commercial playbooks.
  • Define global forecasting methodology and establish pipeline governance mechanisms.
