Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong engineering fundamentals applicable across various languages, frameworks, and environments.
- Advanced AI usage skills, including regular application of LLM-based tools for development, debugging, testing, and refactoring.
- Strong Linux fundamentals.
- Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines or runners.
- Demonstrated product-mindset with ability to convert unclear requirements into technical plans.
- Ability to prioritize work based on impact and make technical trade-offs.
- Proven experience shipping projects in high-accountability environments.
- Professional proficiency in English with clear communication skills for status updates and technical explanations.
Responsibilities
- Take absolute end-to-end ownership of a specific part of the platform or product.
- Shape technical direction, write and review production code, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Turn ideas, experiments, and unclear requirements into working solutions using AI tools.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks through architecture or infrastructure improvements.
- Validate AI-generated outputs to ensure code quality and prevent architectural drift.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical plans.
- Monitor production performance and manage incidents to maintain service stability.
