Requirements

- At least 2-3 years of experience building and leading large, high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue outcomes and efficiencies for RCM functions.
- Strong analytical skills with an investigative mindset.
- Capable of rolling up sleeves at an operational and tactical level to drive results.
- Expertise in EDI Enrollments, Payment Posting, Reconciliation, and Denial Resolution.
- Experience across multiple specialties, multi-state billing, and telehealth billing.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior executive customer stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with product/engineering and go-to-market teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
Responsibilities
- Hire, manage and lead high-performing onshore and offshore teams.
- Drive RCM KPIs and outcomes by engaging in hands-on, claim-level operational and tactical execution.
- Build and scale the department by creating playbooks, standardized processes, and data management frameworks.
- Oversee customer portfolios by dynamically adjusting resourcing and priorities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex customer issues and provide expert consultation.
- Partner with Customer Support and Strategy teams to identify systemic issues and implement proactive, long-term solutions.
- Set strategic direction on scaling the scope of operations for the growing RCM team.
