Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, project management, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated campaigns, demand generation, or GTM strategy.
  • Experience within FSI organizations (banking, capital markets, insurance, payments, wealth management, or fintech).
  • Proven experience managing global or multi-regional marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in technology, consulting, professional services, or enterprise software environments.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer journeys, and pipeline generation.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, reporting, account-based marketing (ABM), and campaign management platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and customer relationship management (CRM) insights.
  • Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of FSI industry priorities including modernization, AI/data adoption, and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Translate financial services and insurance (FSI) business priorities into focused integrated campaign strategies.
  • Define campaign strategy, audience segmentation, priority personas, messaging, and channel mix.
  • Own campaign planning, orchestration, governance, and performance measurement across global programs.
  • Manage the integrated campaign brief as the central source of truth for execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including GTM, content, digital, field marketing, and sales to deliver coordinated campaigns.
  • Guide campaign narrative, content requirements, and asset activation across various channels.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance using account engagement, lead progression, and ROI metrics.
  • Partner with sales to translate engagement signals into account prioritization and pipeline acceleration.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective resource utilization.
