Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, International Development, Public Policy, or related discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in financial institutions, consulting, development organizations, or impact-focused enterprises.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong track record in proposal development, grant writing, research & analytical reports, or strategy document creation.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs under deadline pressure.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality briefing notes, presentations, reports, and correspondence for the CEO's internal and external engagements.
- Prepare meeting briefs and manage stakeholder engagement follow-ups on behalf of the CEO's Office.
- Contribute to research outputs, knowledge products, and thought leadership pieces linked to strategic priorities.
- Translate strategic directions into structured workstreams, trackers, and detailed action plans.
- Coordinate across internal teams to align inputs, monitor progress, and identify blockers on organization-wide priorities.
- Structure new concepts and initiatives into compelling proposals, frameworks, or workplans for internal review or external pitching.
