Requirements
- Solid software engineering experience (backend and/or full stack) building production-ready systems.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building GenAI-powered applications.
- Proven track record of shipping software that is actively used in production environments.
- Exposure to working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience using observability tools for system behavior analysis and troubleshooting.
- Comfort with rapid iteration, experimentation, and releasing prototypes.
- Strong ability to handle ambiguity and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
- Strong collaborative communication skills for working across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver high-performance AI features to help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data.
- Perform rapid experimentation and iteration by prototyping, testing, and validating LLM- and agent-powered workflows with real users.
- Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and designers to integrate agentic components into internal tools, alerting systems, and runbooks.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance both product functionality and personal development workflows.
- Take full ownership of AI solutions to ensure they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with user needs.
