Requirements
- 5+ years of security engineering experience with exposure to AI/ML security domains (prompt injection, adversarial inputs, RAG).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) and LLM frameworks/APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain).
- Deep expertise in identity and access management for cloud and non-human identities.
- Strong background in infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code (Terraform, OPA/Rego).
- Automation skills using Python or similar scripting languages.
- Proven cloud security expertise (AWS) including multi-account governance.
- Experience with application security (OWASP Top 10, OWASP LLM/GenAI Top 10) and secure SDLC.
- Familiarity with structured threat modeling methodologies.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001.
- Ability to translate complex technical risks into clear engineering and business guidance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the connective layer between architectural security intent and real-world implementation, resolving gaps by designing compensating controls.
- Build and enforce preventive security controls across cloud and enterprise environments using infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code.
- Design and manage identity and access controls for human, non-human, and AI agent identities.
- Lead automation of security operations workflows, including access reviews, evidence collection, and alert enrichment.
- Integrate security tooling (SIEM, CSPM, SAST/DAST) with LLM-driven intelligence.
- Define and enforce security requirements for AI-powered systems, including prompt injection defenses and model access governance.
- Perform threat modeling for LLM and agent-based systems to identify novel attack surfaces.
