Requirements
- Experience as an AI-native engineer using tools like Claude Code to write and extend test code.
- Strong background in building and maintaining automated test infrastructure.
- Technical proficiency in reading and writing code, including debugging across web stacks.
- Experience writing SQL queries.
- Ability to collaborate across Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations departments.
- Comfortable working in an environment with high levels of ambiguity and rapid change.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on real-world user workflows over spec-based testing.
- Adaptability to new tools, frameworks, and testing methodologies beyond a single stack.
Responsibilities
- Design and grow E2E and integration test suites using Cypress.
- Own the full lifecycle of the bug process from triage to production fix.
- Collaborate with PMs, Designers, and the Data team to review requirements and raise risks early.
- Identify weaknesses in the software delivery process and propose actionable solutions.
- Perform exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms to catch issues missing from automation.
- Leverage AI tools to increase output quality and reduce repetitive tasks.
