Requirements
- Proficiency in AI-native engineering tools such as Claude Code and browser MCPs.
- Proven experience with automation-first testing strategies.
- Strong technical depth in full-stack web services.
- Ability to write SQL queries and perform cross-stack debugging.
- Strong collaboration skills to influence and communicate quality risks.
- Customer-focused mindset to identify real-world usage issues.
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid changes in product and tools.
- Experience in building sustainable test infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and grow E2E and integration test suites using Cypress.
- Own the full bug lifecycle from triage to production resolution.
- Collaborate with PMs, Designers, and Data teams to define quality standards and requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to software delivery workflows.
- Conduct exploratory testing on web and mobile features across multiple devices.
