Requirements
- Deep experience building and maintaining automated test infrastructure, specifically with Cypress.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) within an engineering workflow.
- Technical proficiency in reading/writing code and debugging issues across the full stack.
- Ability to write meaningful SQL queries.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide direct feedback and raise risks early.
- Adaptive mindset, willing to evolve tools and processes in a rapidly changing environment.
- Customer-centric approach to testing, focusing on real-world usability over static specs.
Responsibilities
- Design and grow E2E and integration test suites using Cypress.
- Own the full bug lifecycle from initial triage to production resolution.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to define quality standards and surface risks early.
- Identify and implement improvements to the software delivery process.
- Perform exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms to catch edge cases.
- Leverage AI tools to optimize quality operations and increase output.
