Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI-native engineer comfortable with agent workflows and Claude Code.
- Automation-first mindset with experience building robust test infrastructure.
- Proficiency in reading and writing code to debug across front and backend web services.
- Ability to write meaningful SQL queries.
- Strong collaborative skills for working across Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Experience with Cypress for E2E and integration testing.
- Customer-obsessed approach to testing flows beyond simple specifications.
- Adaptability to evolving tools, frameworks, and rapid business changes.
- Clear and direct communication style when surfacing technical risks.
Responsibilities
- Design and grow end-to-end and integration test suites using Cypress.
- Own the full bug lifecycle from triage to production resolution.
- Partner with PMs, Designers, and Data teams to review requirements and surface risks.
- Identify and implement improvements to software delivery processes.
- Conduct exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms to identify edge cases.
