Requirements
- 3+ years in SaaS and/or AI product management
- Experience working on a web-based product with an agile team
- Proficiency in using AI tools to research, write, and think
- Data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools and raw data
- Strong communicator across developers, customers, and executives
- Ability to define and break down complex technical problems
- Ability to engage with engineering on architecture and trade-offs
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for your product stream, prioritizing features based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends
- Define clear product requirements that deliver value in releasable pieces
- Leverage AI for impact by synthesizing customer research, drafting PRDs, pressure-testing ideas, and producing better documentation
- Lead ongoing customer research to translate user pain points and workflows into actionable features
- Track performance data and validate hypotheses to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor competitor moves and industry trends to identify differentiation opportunities
- Keep stakeholders aligned by proactively surfacing risks and trade-offs
