Job Details

3–6 years in product management, technical program management, product or hardware development, or a closely related role.
Direct experience in the battery storage space as an engineer, PM, or developer.
Working fluency in co-optimization and how batteries generate value across capacity and energy markets.
Hands-on familiarity with AI agents and AI-enabled workflows for automation.
Builder instincts with comfort prototyping and leveraging AI for accelerated delivery.
Strong written communication skills for PRDs, competitive briefs, and strategy memos.
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive decisions with incomplete information.
Structured, analytical thinking suitable for system-level discussions with engineers.
Maniacally self-initiated and driven to succeed.

Own and scale the BESS proposal-to-operation toolchain, the engine that converts the BYOC pipeline into deployed MW, and drive Voltus to best-in-class time and cost to bring a C&I battery online.
Translate battery sizing, market participation, and revenue stacking across capacity and energy markets into tools that produce credible, competitive proposals quickly.
Build with AI, not just around it, owning and extending the agentic workflows at the foundation of storage tooling and applying AI across discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
Operate as both PM and engineer by specifying work, prototyping, validating with customers, and iterating hands-on.
Run the program across the organization, partnering with Sales, Energy Markets, Partnerships, and customers to define, prioritize, and ship features.
