Responsibilities

  • Participate in governance meetings to track integration performance and ensure data flows correctly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration problems to maintain system uptime and user experience.
  • Support the onboarding of new insurers and financial providers from setup to testing and documentation.
  • Maintain organized and accurate integration documentation for internal team use.
  • Collaborate across Benefits, Compliance, Engineering, and Carrier Partnerships teams to evolve integration capabilities.
  • Identify recurring issues and process improvements to increase operational scalability.
