Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Demonstrated interest in UX design, web design, digital communications, analytics, or accessibility.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to take initiative and stay organized in a remote work environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with website usability principles and user-centered design concepts.
- Experience with website testing, wireframing, or analytics tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMS and modern website architectures is a plus.
- Experience with headless CMS platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with Sanity CMS is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Perform user journey reviews and provide content recommendations.
- Conduct website exit-point and engagement analysis.
- Perform AI search (Generative Engine Optimization) assessments.
- Execute quality assurance testing for usability, content accuracy, and accessibility.
- Conduct accessibility, metadata, and alt text audits.
- Review broken links and redirects.
- Test mobile experience and provide recommendations.
- Conduct first-time visitor usability testing.
