Requirements

  • Graduating in 2026 or already hold a degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Equivalent years of professional experience in Quality or Compliance Management accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Prior internship experience in quality assurance or regulatory compliance in the food industry preferred.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and people partnership skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, Outlook, and Slack.
  • Passion for childhood nutrition.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and develop cohesive strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and maintain documentation for compliance to claims, regulations, and quality systems.
  • Maintain records and documentation in the compliance platform software (TraceGains).
  • Assist with onboarding new suppliers through documentation collection.
  • Gather documentation for Kosher, Non-GMO, and Organic audits.
  • Support the COA migration to TraceGains.
  • Collaborate with Materials and Inventory Control teams to resolve exceptions for the ingredient hold and release program.
