Requirements
- Graduating in 2026 or already hold a degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or related field.
- Equivalent years of professional experience in Quality or Compliance Management accepted in lieu of degree.
- Prior internship experience in quality assurance or regulatory compliance in the food industry preferred.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and people partnership skills.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, Outlook, and Slack.
- Passion for childhood nutrition.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and develop cohesive strategy.
Responsibilities
- Gather and maintain documentation for compliance to claims, regulations, and quality systems.
- Maintain records and documentation in the compliance platform software (TraceGains).
- Assist with onboarding new suppliers through documentation collection.
- Gather documentation for Kosher, Non-GMO, and Organic audits.
- Support the COA migration to TraceGains.
- Collaborate with Materials and Inventory Control teams to resolve exceptions for the ingredient hold and release program.
