  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com, or the ability to ramp quickly in these tools.
  • Comfort using AI in everyday work, with the judgment to validate and refine its output.
  • Ability to work in an English-speaking environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned tasks from planning through post-event follow-up, including vendor coordination, registration management, logistics, and asset review.
  • Build and manage event registrations, attendee communications, and campaign workflows in Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of event setup, assets, and attendee experiences before launch.
  • Maintain accurate project timelines, status updates, and program data, and generate post-event reports.
  • Support ABM and regional marketing programs through email builds, landing page setup, paid social coordination, and asset quality assurance.
  • Support budget tracking, PO management, and invoice coordination in collaboration with finance.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while ensuring deliverables are accurate.
  • Coordinate localisation requests and manage asset distribution across EMEA and APAC markets.
