Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building production-grade systems.
- AI-native workflow proficiency (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot).
- Full-stack proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and SQL.
- Strong experience with low/no-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, or Retool.
- End-to-end experience shipping internal tools or CRMs (frontend, backend, database, deployment).
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications.
- Strong self-management and written communication skills for an async environment.
Responsibilities
- Learn each business function deeply by sitting with teams to understand their workflows.
- Partner with department managers to develop technical solutions to identified problems.
- Proactively ideate and propose new automations, data products, and integrations.
- Ship tools aggressively using AI coding tools and low/no-code platforms, owning the full lifecycle from scope to deployment.
- Document processes lightly to enable non-technical teammates to self-serve.
