Requirements
- 4+ years of real production experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- 3+ years of strong backend expertise with Go, including concurrency and performance.
- 2+ years of solid frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
- Proven experience building or maintaining distributed systems or microservices.
- Solid understanding of data modeling with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to debug complex, cross-service issues.
- Experience with real-time systems, messaging, or telecom domains is a plus.
- Familiarity with event streaming platforms like Kafka is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms, specifically GCP, is a plus.
- Exposure to billing systems or high-throughput APIs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new platform capabilities across backend and frontend.
- Contribute to architecture decisions in a microservices environment using Go and event-driven patterns.
- Build and evolve React-based interfaces for enterprise customers and internal teams.
- Manage integrations with external vendors, including messaging, voice, and billing systems.
- Investigate and resolve production issues in a high-scale environment.
- Participate in technical discussions, trade-off analysis, and system design reviews.
- Own domains end-to-end and lead technical initiatives as needed.
