Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.
- 4+ years of experience across data science, analytics, or analytics engineering.
- Excellent SQL skills.
- Experience building data models using dbt or similar tools.
- Strong engineering fundamentals including testing, clean code, peer review, CI/CD, and git workflows.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses and modern data stack tools.
- Strong communication skills with proactive stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and scale analytics pipelines using dbt and cloud data warehouses.
- Perform data exploration and build dashboards in Omni.
- Develop ML models to generate business predictions and insights.
- Collaborate closely with Product Growth, User Acquisition, and Finance stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and ensure high standards for testing and code quality.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and shape data project architecture.
