Requirements
- Deep knowledge of IT Operations and Enterprise Security.
- Experience managing data pipeline structures (Logs, Metrics, and Traces/OTel).
- Hands-on proficiency with JavaScript and Regex for data manipulation.
- Strong working mastery of Linux operating systems.
- Solid understanding of cloud data architectures and object storage platforms (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Blob, Snowflake, MinIO).
- Proven background in Enterprise Systems Engineering, Technical Professional Services, or high-level Technical Support.
- Prior experience working in a remote environment.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for partner-facing workshops and events.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary architectural expert for National VAR partners, integrating Cribl into reference architectures.
- Design and execute technical enablement strategies, including workshops, bootcamps, and certification paths.
- Mentor and shadow partner sales engineers through live sales cycles to increase deal velocity and partner-led revenue.
- Support partner-led technical sales, conduct demonstrations, and act as a tier-3 advisor for Proof of Values (POVs).
- Help partners design and launch professional services practices like Observability-as-a-Service and SIEM Optimization.
- Document unique data routing use cases and contribute to internal and external product documentation.
