Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent experience with 14+ years in Aerospace & Defense, or Advanced Degree with 12+ years experience
- Experience in Naval Systems operations or acquisition including radars, AEGIS, shipboard missiles, Tomahawk, or naval operations
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Cultivate customer relationships to establish Raytheon Naval Power as a trusted partner within Japanese Defense establishments
- Engage high-level Japanese and USG officials to identify combat capabilities, capacity gaps, and emerging requirements
- Support existing and new Raytheon Naval Power franchise captures and priority pursuits
- Develop integrated solutions with functional leads to grow topline pipeline
- Work with program and functional leads to capture 5YP bookings exceeding $5B
- Support proposal, EX/IM, engineering, and capabilities assessment teams in contract execution
- Collaborate with in-country teams and Trading Companies to develop growth strategies
- Advocate for new technologies in coordination with RTX Global Government Relations
- Travel frequently to Japan (25-50%)
