Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Experience completing transactions with Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent over-achievement against assigned quotas.
  • Strategic account selling experience.
  • Hunter mentality with proven experience in pipeline building.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of the network industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and execute a strategic territory coverage and sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly revenue objectives.
  • Plan and manage account and deal strategy, including identifying, qualifying, and closing new business within named accounts.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of organizational structure, competitive landscape, and technology stack within the account list.
  • Prospect into targeted named accounts and execute field sales campaigns to build a robust pipeline.
  • Manage multiple complex sales processes simultaneously.
  • Articulate the BlueCat value proposition to senior IT leaders using a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external resources to maximize sales efforts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with enterprise program managers, contract officers, and senior executives.
  • Forecast accurately and maintain the system of record in Salesforce.com.
