Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-stack experience in a high-output team.
- Fluency in Python for rapid prototyping and utilizing libraries.
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript and React (Hooks, Context API, Vite, Shadcn UI).
- Experience with backend development using Node.js, Express, and REST APIs.
- Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
- Strong understanding of agentic orchestration patterns and MCP protocols.
- Ability to design and implement AI guardrails.
- Strong UX design sense with the ability to articulate good and bad user experiences.
- Self-driven, business-aware mindset focused on metrics and solving real problems.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the core multiplatform document system end-to-end.
- Ship features proactively by instrumenting, measuring impact, and iterating based on user feedback.
- Design and orchestrate agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangGraph and Claude Agent SDK.
- Integrate LLMs into product features using prompt chains, tool calling, and function execution.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and leadership to shape the product roadmap.
- Build and extend automation pipelines connecting AI agents, external APIs, webhooks, and GCP services.
