Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD module
- Strong expertise in HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting: JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes
- Experience with integration technologies: REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB
- Experience in solution architecture and platform design
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- ServiceNow Certified (CSA / CIS-HRSD / CAD preferred)
- Experience in large-scale HR transformation programs
Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Lead HRSD implementations, ensuring best practices and scalability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Drive implementation of HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management
- Define and enforce platform architecture, governance, and standards
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring developers and guiding teams
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and maintainability of solutions
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project planning
