Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology roles with strong exposure to AI/ML solution architecture and enterprise system design.
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex, scalable AI solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Python, AI/ML frameworks, data architecture, APIs, and system integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), MLOps, containerization, and distributed deployment architectures.
- Strong understanding of security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI principles in architecture design.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional, and distributed engineering environments.
- Exposure to enterprise AI use cases across industries such as energy, manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, finance, or retail.
- Experience defining reusable reference architectures and governance models for enterprise AI adoption.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end-to-end architecture for enterprise AI solutions, including generative AI, predictive analytics, NLP, and computer vision use cases.
- Develop scalable architecture blueprints, reference architectures, design patterns, and technical standards for AI platforms.
- Ensure alignment of AI solution architecture with enterprise architecture principles, governance frameworks, and business objectives.
- Lead architectural decisions across data pipelines, model integration, APIs, orchestration layers, deployment strategies, and observability frameworks.
- Establish architecture governance processes, conduct design reviews, and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and responsible AI principles.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI frameworks, cloud services, tools, and integration approaches.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust architecture designs and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across solution teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
- Present architectural trade-offs, options, and future-state roadmaps to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of reusable components, scalable design patterns, and engineering best practices across AI initiatives.
