Requirements
- 7–9+ years of experience in SEO, technical SEO, organic growth, or digital strategy.
- 3+ years of experience managing direct reports and developing talent.
- Deep technical SEO expertise including crawlability, indexation, structured data, and site architecture.
- Proven understanding of AEO, AI search visibility, LLM-driven discovery, and answer engines.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and KPI frameworks.
- Proficiency in tools such as seoClarity, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, AEM, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence capabilities.
- Experience in global B2B tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise software is preferred.
- Operational mindset capable of connecting strategic direction to daily execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead global SEO, AEO, and AI search strategy to drive measurable organic discovery.
- Manage, coach, and develop the SEO/AEO team, setting priorities and building repeatable frameworks.
- Own the technical SEO roadmap in partnership with Web, IT, UX, and Engineering teams.
- Define visibility strategies across AI answer engines, LLMs, and citation platforms.
- Connect organic discovery efforts to measurable business KPIs and provide performance narratives for leadership.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders including Product Marketing, Demand Gen, PR, and Brand teams.
