- Experience in B2B sales environments, with SaaS industry experience considered a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, onboard, and ramp sales professionals to productivity and quota attainment.
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms and sales workflow management; experience with Salesforce or similar systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills with a passion for talent development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while effectively managing both remote and distributed teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales professionals, ensuring consistent achievement and overachievement of sales targets and performance goals.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new team members, creating a strong foundation for long-term success and career growth.
- Establish, monitor, and report on key sales performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve team effectiveness and productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and sales leadership teams to optimize lead management processes, pipeline development, and customer engagement strategies.
- Drive high levels of sales activity across inbound opportunities, ensuring prospects receive a seamless and professional buying experience.
- Manage team workflows, sales processes, and CRM activities to maintain pipeline accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development conversations to enhance individual and team performance.
- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies that support scalability and sustained revenue growth.
