Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading product managers and/or business analysts
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), ideally with relevant certifications
  • Proven experience building and executing multi-year product roadmaps with measurable business impact
  • Hands-on experience in SAFe Agile environments, including PI planning, backlog management, and value stream delivery
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market systems including lead management, pipeline development, and customer lifecycle processes
  • Experience working closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders in matrixed organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leadership decisions
  • Analytical mindset with ability to define and track KPIs tied to revenue and customer outcomes
  • Experience with Agile tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) and roadmap platforms (Aha!, Productboard, or equivalent)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the end-to-end product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Salesforce-based platforms, ensuring alignment with revenue growth and go-to-market objectives
  • Translate executive vision and business priorities into structured, measurable product initiatives with clear delivery outcomes and KPIs
  • Own and optimize Salesforce platform capabilities, including architecture governance, data models, integrations, security, and scalability standards
  • Drive product delivery within a SAFe Agile environment, including PI planning, backlog prioritization, feature definition, and value stream alignment
  • Lead the full Lead-to-Opportunity lifecycle, improving lead management, routing, pipeline generation, forecasting, and sales productivity
  • Oversee Adopt-to-Consume capabilities, enhancing customer onboarding, health scoring, retention, renewal workflows, and customer success operations
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to align priorities and execution
  • Establish and monitor business performance metrics tied to platform effectiveness, customer outcomes, and revenue impact
  • Manage and develop a team of product managers and analysts, fostering high performance, coaching, and continuous improvement
